On 4/3/2013 Prof. Walter BAETEN represents the Artevelde Hooghschool went to the school to discuss issues related to the cooperation agreement between the University of Artevelde Hooghschool and Pedagogical University Ho Chi Minh City. At 9:30, Professor BAETEN meet and exchange cooperation with the board of the teachers of the Department of Special Education.
