University of Tsukuba - the leading Japanese educational visits and exchanges with Ho Chi Minh City University of Pedagogy on 05/03/2013.

Delegation included Professor Teuchi Akitoshi - Head of Training doctoral education, Professor Shoji Ichiko - Faculty of Humanities, assistant professor Lim Yong Jae - Faculty and 4 special education student in religious studies education. Representing the school, TS. Huynh Thanh Trieu - Vice Rector, TS. Tran Thi Thu Mai - Associate Dean TLGD, TS. Le Thi Minh Ha - Dean GDDB, the faculty and graduate students of the Department TLGD and GDDB, along with representatives of the Department of International Cooperation attended the reception team.

In the meeting, the two sides have a brief introduction about the school, special education science, educational psychology and human sciences. Through the exchange, the two schools have expressed their willingness to deepen cooperation in the field of education especially special education and educational psychology and conduct signed a framework cooperation agreement. The original form of cooperation is the exchange of teachers and students, organizing scientific conferences, and research and the master's thesis, PhD.

On the afternoon of the same day, the delegation hearing Tsukuba university attended psychology classes of TS management. Tran Thi Thu Mai and more social psychology MA, Nguyen Hoang Khac Hieu Educational Psychology department.

Academy Van Tao Taiwan to cooperate with Ho Chi Minh City University of Pedagogy to open the associated training system 1 +3, a year in  Vietnam, three years of study in Taiwan with subjects such as Chinese, English, French, Japanese, business Administration, international Cooperation. After a year in Vietnam, if students pass three degrees of the exam capacity Chinese (TOCFL), Van Tao Institute will waive tuition fees for students to study in Taiwan, students only need to spend pay for accommodation, living expenses and transportation. Also, in the learning process at Van Tao, if students have good academic achievement, will receive scholarship support from the school.
