Academy Van Tao Taiwan to cooperate with Ho Chi Minh City University of Pedagogy to open the associated training system 1 +3, a year in  Vietnam, three years of study in Taiwan with subjects such as Chinese, English, French, Japanese, business Administration, international Cooperation.
